It seems that gaining weight is so inherent to Christmas as Santa Claus, tree, lights and gifts.
Running a few miles every day or do a few laps in the pool on a regular basis are plenty of ways known to keep the kilos at bay.
But there are other ways that may or suspected shake off the extra calories and reach the end of the year ready for another excess.

1. Shop till you drop
