Easy diet to lose weight 5 kilos in three days, day by day

Two considerations:

cup must have a measure of 250 ml, it is a large cup.

First day

Breakfast
black tea or coffee
1/2 orange
1 slice whole wheat toast with a thin layer of cheese

A grown man of 75 kilos needs 62 g of protein a day, a 65 kg needs 53 grams of protein a day.

Second day

Breakfast
1 egg (boiled, grilled or in omelets with very little oil)
1 slice whole wheat toast
1/2 banana
black coffee or tea.
Lunch
1 small fillet of beef
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream dessert.
In mid afternoon
half a banana and some tea.
Dinner
1 cup cottage cheese
6 saltine crackers.
Third day



Breakfast
an Apple
30 grams of cheddar
five crackers
black tea or coffee.
Lunch
 can of natural tuna
1 cup carrots
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream dessert.
In mid afternoon
an apple and you
Dinner
1 egg
1 slice whole wheat toast.
You can swap dinner for lunch, adapting to how you organize. In the PDF shown different text because it does not matter if you take lunch at dinner or vice versa.
