The results were:

Breakfast: the best time is a little after 7:00 am, being the best time to 7:11 a.m..
Lunch: it has been shown that the best time for lunch is between 12:30 pm and 1:00 pm, with the optimal time for lunch at 24:38.
Dinner: the best you can do is dine early, the most recommended time between 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm; the best time for dinner is at 6:14 pm.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day


Not only 84% of people who were surveyed expressed the importance of eating near these hours to optimize weight loss, but 76% of them also said that breakfast is undoubtedly the most important meal of the day. Do not delay your lunch, because that will leave you hungrier and that cheeseburger and sweet section at the supermarket, which is full of unhealthy fats and sugar, will be even more tempting than they are.

Do not eat so late
